Landings of New Lenox Office Center, New Lenox, IL
Recently approved 6.2 acre PUD in New Lenox featuring a new assisted living facility for Trinity Services Inc., a proposed 40,000 sq. ft. 2-story medical/office building, bringing all utilities to the site, new parking lot, detention pond, parking lot lighting, and new private drive to the site called Landings Drive. Improvements to the site were completed in early 2020. Two pads to the north are ready for construction. |
